There are other instances when it’s just not practical to get out for a day or two, or three for a much-needed mental break. Like who?

  • Parents of young children
  • Primary providers for a family
  • If you WFH
  • People without sufficient budget for getting out

You can still get the mental health break you need, even if you feel stuck at home.In fact, you probably need a mental health break even more because of the stress!

Getting a little mental health refresh is possible whether you can get out a bit, or if you are stuck at home like many caregivers. For some caregivers, getting out isn’t an option.

Even if you can get out some, there are times when caregiving or workloads, or life itself just won’t give you the break you need. Check out these quick, 5-minute mental health breaks you can do anywhere and any time. You’ll be surprised how much a short break can help you deal.
